Inglot Nail Enamel 705 Matte Review and Swatches

Hello Lovelies!!

Inglot gives me a candy store kinda feeling. They have soooo many colors and I always feel like a kid trying to figure out what to buy. I have head over heels fallen in love with their collection and their staff. ;) I was as usual at inglot store in Bangalore asking the SA if he had matte nail polishes and you can guess my delight when he said "YES!!" After trying so many i finally thought I did not own any nail polish in this color so I picked it up. Read on to know if the nail polish made me a happy or no.

Product Description:

Provides the ideal easy to aply, quick drying, flake and chip resistant, matte finish with an intense color after just one coat. Does NOT contain Toluene, Formaldehde,Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) or camphor.

My call on this Nail Polish..

I don't know what i was thinking while I picked this one up. Seriously!!! The color was a nice one but matte??? Nope it dried into a weird finish but i can be sure it wasnt the matte I would get from O.P.I. And it does NOT get opaque in one coat it finishes quite streaky and it takes like forever to dry!! If your patience level is zero then take my advice and do NOT buy it.

Price: Rs. 590 for 15ml.

Pros:

1. Does NOT contain Toluene, Formaldehde,Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) or camphor.
2. Does not chip for 3-4 days.

Cons:

1. Does not dry into matte.
2. Needs 3 coats to be fully opaque but it gives a streaky finish.
3. Drying time is way too much.

Recomendation:

If you are looking for matte nail polish from Inglot, I suggest you try it before you buy it!

Will I repurchase?

Nope:(
