Coral shade makes me go weak on my knees! No matter how much I try not-to pick a coral lipstick its really hard to resist. I have added yet another coral lipstick to my lipstick stash, Say hello to my absolute favourite YSL Rouge Volupte Shine #12 Corail Incandescent. These are priced at Rs. 2350 comfortably sitting in the luxe category.

The gold packaging is absolute luxury. The packaging is kinda hefty, with color band coordinating with the shade of the lipstick. It has YSL embossed ring over the color band and has the signature mango scent.

The texture of the lipstick is very soft, smooth and creamy. Its a pleasure to apply it on the lips, it glides effortlessly and is absolutely comfortable on the lips. Though these are creamy in texture, they don't slip or bleed which is something I like about this. The finish of the lipstick is high-shine glossy and plumps up the lips. The feel quite light on the lips and are quite hydrating. This particular shade is very pigmented! One swipe and it covers the lips completely without looking patchy.

The shade #12 Corail Incandescent, is a beautiful pink-coral that could be very flattering on most skintones. The shade reminds me of my most loved Chanel Rouge Coco Shine Boheme, but this is a bit more pigmented. The lipstick lasts for a good 4 hours, after which it leaves a lovely stain behind that lasts until you take it off! 

Overall, Rouge Volupte Shine are one of my favourite lipsticks and this particular shade is gorgeous. I strongly recommend these, go check them out at the counter. You may check Nude in Private and Fuchsia in Rage.

Chanel Rouge Coco Shine (91) Boheme When I tried Chanel ,I knew for sure I was gonna get addicted to them. I was in Bangalore for almost a month and almost every week I went to the chanel counter and tried makeup on and I fell heads over heels in love with the Rouge Coco Shine  lipsticks. The thing with these are a few are super pigmented and some are very sheer. I kinda liked both the offerings.
